    where’s the cheez, man?!?!

    looks good tho

  2. Your meat to chip ratio is horrible!!!!!

    .

    I love you.

  3. WaftyTaynt

Looks great. If you fried your own chips, this would be top tier food truck

  4. YaBaconMeCrazyMon

Looks good but use a different chip, those will be snapping in half under the weight of all that meat.

Your username makes me think you’re in Iowa, any chance you drive up to Minneapolis or St. Paul to sell this? Because damn I would go to whatever food truck festival you’re at to try these.

  6. RickShifty

Finally a reasonable food truck. That would be absurdly $25 in Ca

That looks like way more than $15 worth of brisket. How much meat is on that thing?

Great deal!! U must be in Texass the best nachos I found are $17.00 w/beans guacamole sour cream carne asada, not nearly as gd as I think the brisket is 🤤🤤🤤🤤

Looks great, maybe a little more queso but solid amount of brisket there!

As much as I would like to praise your generous meat portions, I have structured criticism for you. If you can find a tortilleria or a Mexican grocer nearby, use totopos ( thick cut fried tortilla chips) because they’re perfect for nachos. Use Valveeta instead of Rico stadium cheese along with adding rotel. I wouldn’t mind paying 18 for those simple changes because now you have competition level BBQ nachos.

Whoah, from France, i vé seen the brisket burger from Fucker King and was just disappointed for you but THIS!!!! Would like to travel to your food truck to taste that

  12. I’d want house fried tortilla chips and cheese. But your meat is generous and it looks delicious.

Needs love. Fresh guac? Sour cream? Onions? Lots of pico needs a good chili or salsa.

With a few of the suggestions listed in the comments, you’d be doing God’s work 🤩😋

How much brisket do you give? I’m thinking of selling chop brisket sandwiches using 8oz of brisket each. Brisket sandwich w/ pickles and onion, potatoe salad, and 5oz of homemade cobbler for $20.

I’m assuming you’re in Iowa. Do you want to make plans to drive to Alaska? We would love your nachos

  17. Legitimate_Crazy3625

Recipe, please? I’d love to know your seasoning.

  18. Bluuurple

Develop a good queso and ditch the canned nacho cheese🫡

  19. Longjumping_Visit718

Why not just buy a brisket and cook it yourself at that price point?

  20. Chaotic_Brutal90

Do you pre cook and then refrigerate your brisket to heat up again later? It looks dry and grey.

I’d be curious to taste it and see how moist it was, especially for the portion on that plate.
